Dr Simon Clarke, GDC No. - 79891

Practice Principal/Partner | Dental Surgeon | BDS (U.B'ham) | MFGDP RCS (UK)
Simon graduated from Birmingham Dental Hospital and School in 2001. In his final year he was the Winner of the Student Cup. Since graduating Simon has continued with his professional development. In November 2004 following further study, clinical cases, coursework and examinations he was admitted to the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners the Royal College of Surgeons of England. (MFGDP)

Simon then continued his studies and in July 2009 was awarded a certificate for successful completion of a one year contemporary Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry Course mentored by one of the country’s leading professors and specialist dentists. He is highly proficient in smile design, smile makeovers, cosmetic treatments including veneers and tooth whitening techniques.

Simon has a special interest in Orthodontics and has worked in a specialist Orthodontic Practice for over 14 years completing over 1500 cases. He has undertaken further study and is a member of the British Orthodontic Society.

Simon enjoys spending time with his three young boys, playing lego, sailing, fishing, travelling, reading, wine tasting and plays golf badly.

Dr Tom Huddleston, GDC No. - 80835

Tom graduated from the University of Birmingham Dental Hospital in 2002. He was one of four students in his year to be nominated for the James Youngson Prize in Clinical Dentistry and in his final year won the Charles Green Prize in Oral Surgery and General Anesthesia.



Oral surgery has always been one of Tom’s keen interests. After qualification he spent several years as a Clinical Assistant in Oral Surgery teaching undergraduate dental students at Birmingham Dental Hospital.

In conjunction with Dr Amit Patel (Specialist in Periodontics and Implant Dentist) Tom is excited to now be providing implant treatment at the practice. Tom is currntly studying for further post graduate qualifications in Dental Implantology.

In his spare time Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, shooting and playing golf....well!!

Dr Joanne Huddleston (née Gates), GDC No. - 80834

Dental Surgeon | BDS (U.B’ham)
Jo also graduated from Birmingham Dental Hospital in 2002. She then went to work in Perth, Australia for six months. Here she worked in emergency dental clinics alongside Oral Surgery Specialists gaining vast experience in surgical techniques.On returning to the UK she started in general practice and after training in 2004 began treating very nervous patients with Intravenous Sedation. We are now pleased to offer sedation for all our nervous patients.

In 2007-2008 Jo completed an extensive restorative course in Manchester being tutored by one of the country’s leading specialist restorative dentists.

Jo has successfully treated many nervous patients since qualification and continues to treat all her patients to the highest standards through continuing education and training. The majority of Jo’s spare time is spent with her young family and competing with her horse.

Dr Kiranjit Kallu, GDC No. - 112714

Kiran also graduated from The University of Birmingham, she completed her dental degree in 2007.

After living and working in the Midlands she moved to work in a busy West London dental practice. Whilst she was there she continued her love for all things teeth by completing a number of post graduate dental courses. The courses included a yearlong Aesthetic dental course (veneers, crowns, bridges), Facial Rejuvenation (Botox, fillers) and Removable braces (Inman, clear aligners)

After a busy 5 years she decided to move back home to the Midlands. She now lives in Solihull with her husband and 2 mischievous young boys. In the little spare time that she has, she enjoys good food and wine and getting her teeth into a good book!

Kiran joined us here at 76 Dental in January 2017, where she’s settled in well.

Louise Clarke , GDC No. - 6098

Dental Hygienist |Dip Dent Hyg (uB'ham)
Louise started her career as a dental nurse gaining the national diploma. She then progressed to Birmingham School of Dental hygiene where she obtained a Btec in oral health promotion in 2001 and from where she graduated in 2002. In her final year Louise won the prestigious Steel prize for radiography.

Louise has previously worked in a private dental practice treating a range of periodontal conditions and specialising in treating children. She continues her professional development and is working in the practice on clinical and radiography audits.

Louise now offers Sylc therapy. Sylc is a treatment to reduce sensitivity and remove staing to refresh your smile.

In her spare time Louise enjoys spending time with her three young boys, sailing, gardening and to the whole practices benefit baking!

Ellie Johnson, GDC No. - 245138

Dental Hygienist/Therapist (uShef)
Ellie qualified from Sheffield University in 2013, after retraining from a previous career in Marketing and PR. She qualified with distinction overall in her Hygiene and Therapy Diploma and also received an award for demonstrating the most outstanding continuing patient care in her year.
Ellie also holds a degree in Business Management.
Previously Ellie has work in a number of busy NHS and Private practices, where she enjoys treating nervous patients. Her meticulous and gentle approach ensures that once dental health has been achieved, developing further tooth decay or gum disease is avoided.
Visiting Ellie or one of our other Hygienists on a regular basis is one of the best investments you will make in your dental health.
In her Therapy role, Ellie also carries out restorative work (fillings and other procedures) on both adults and children at the practice.
Away from Dentistry Ellie is kept busy looking after her young daughter but enjoys trying to keep fit with Pilates, running and walks in the great outdoors. When time allows Ellie’s other great passions are skiing and sailing with family.

Meena Gorecha , GDC No. - 248350

Dental Hygienist | Dip Dent hyg/Therapy(uLeeds)
Meena gained her Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy in 2013 from the University of Leeds. In her final year she gained the TePe award for outstanding communication and the Leeds University year 1 prize. Prior to this, Meena studied Biomedical Science at Aston University, which plays a part in her strong interest in clinical research. Meena is skilled in tailoring the oral hygiene needs to each individual patient and excels at advanced periodontal treatments.
In her spare time, Meena is a keen gym enthusiast and loves running. She recently set herself the goal of participating in the Birmingham Half Marathon which she successfully completed.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Sheffield and joined the team in March 2018. She is keen to expand her experience in all areas of general practice and patient care. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, learning languages, aerial fitness and latin dancing.
